Bolsonaro does have still a surprising amount of support for those who look on from outside. So many of his supporters actually won congressional elections and elections of state governors. Also, support from some of Brazil's leading footballers, including Neymar - the prancing show boater currently costing shitloads of money in the French league. He might as well have just elected somebody as transport minister after they've just wrapped their car around a f***ing street lamp. It is an unreal state of affairs. Never happened in this country, of course.
