The Importance of Consistency in Personal Training

The consistency factor you know that's something with the private sector I think we all know that consistency is key. We want continuity of training and some other things I heard in their technology and assessment force multiplier for you can't see everything it's an objectivity tool. It gives you the ability to make decisions a little bit more clear. There's not really a great interface between our back end dashboard and the athlete or client right there's not a great medium there.
