Facilitation Masterclass: How to Be a Better Facilitator
A few weeks ago, we ran our first official facilitation masterclass. It was an in person course here in Spain. I've been working as a professional facilitator for 20 years. And so I felt like it was probably a bout time I could stand behind a masterclass. We did bring in some work that was inviting people into a deeper aquarium themselves. At the end of the third day, people were sharing their appreciation for the learning journey.
