What Was the First Year Implementation Like?
i was training with the vertral mentorship programme in the fall. And so the unit that i designed and launched with it, which was going to launch, we launched it in early to mid january on. It was totally brand new for the students. So what we did was we did first like a modern classroom style lesson,. Just to introduce them to the framework and really ease them into how it was going to work.
