Retaximab for Multiple Sclerosis - What Do You Think?

I was really interested that you took a quantitative approach to minimal manifestation which is often framed more qualitatively. No symptoms but minimal weakness in for instance eye closure but clearly a significant impact and I would agree that it's a level of disease severity that's quite mild. Another question I had was the dose of retuximab you chose to use was interesting to me 500 milligrams administered once. Can you tell us why you picked that dose? We have a lot of off label use of retaximab for multiple sclerosis. we've seen that lower doses were associated with a little bit less side effects.
