Is the Legal System a Trap for the Unwary?
The supreme court approved the process by which an innocent person who maintains his innocence can enter a formal plea of guilty in order to avoid a trial. So what you have is the legal system is kind of traps for the unwary, rather than a justice system. Justice doesn't have much to do with the system that we're describing. We don't know if he's guilty or not. But how could somebody like that possibly sign a document saying, i committed this crime when i did not commit the crime? Lay that out for people, how they can understand something like that could go down.
