The Importance of Innovation
The innovation comes from problems when you see a problem then you try to figure out what can the solution be. We have steering committees and steering groups on many of the different specialties so that they get together and come up with ideas as well. Our staff, especially the software developers are required to go on what we call immersion trips. So there's so many different ways that innovation comes in. The list is way bigger than anyone's ability to do it.
