It is okay to be relatable, it doesn't take away from your authority. We can still call people to rise and speak to people in their power whilst being relatable. This is marketing 101. You really won't find a marketing program that doesn't speak about relatability in some instances. So my invitation to you is this be vulnerable. In a grounded way, be relatable. Take inventory on what your story is. How can you connect with people? And just educate yourself on how to tell your stories in a grounded way.
