"I think that so far the villain of this story is power. But it all it's still mostly power even though like there are points at which he does make choices that make him into a villain," says writer/director Tom Charity. "If he had just been a normal dude and like gotten some fucking therapy, I get the feeling with a competent therapist he could have been a decent man."
