We need to start testing these combinations that everybody's using, but they're assuming that all the independent effects are kind of adding in a completely complimentary fashion. Well, I mean, it's the same thing with training studies as well. So you know, there's research that higher volumes are good. There's research thathigher intensities are good. If you just put those two findings together completely naively, well, sure, let's just do 30 triples per workout with 90% of your max. And like that must be the best way to get swole.
