Christie's Gladys

Bunch heads off to Paddington station at long last, where she produces her ticket and gets a rather shabby old suitcase in return for it. The journey back to Chipping Claycorn is uneventful, but alas, Bunch has just left her carriage when a man sprints along the platform and wrenches the suitcase out of her grip. This man claims that this is his suitcase, and Bunch of course says it's hers. Nobody would have guessed that police constable Abel and Mrs Harmon spent long half hours discussing the respective merits of manure and bone meal for rose bushes.
