Malcolm Gladwell brought up another issue that I thought was perfectly reasonable and made sense to me as a guy who had a late birthday for sports. He talked about the birth date issue. And what people found was that if you analyzed those who were actually succeeding and actually reaching the very highest levels, that they are much more likely to be born in later years.
