Deal With Its Sexuality Openly and Collectively

In extremely Christian society's pornography, prostitution and adultery would be legally prescribed just as they are under Sharia. I think though, so you say deal with its sexuality openly and honestly and collectively. I'm wondering exactly what that would entail because I feel that on some level, Western civilization has been on the same page there in terms of like the direction we're heading.
