The Positive Effects of Rest Days on My Performance

Being a hungry athlete is good it does drive you and especially more in triathlon than cycling that's also the athlete that gets injured. I used to hate rest days but now I really look forward to them because it means I get to spend more time with my kid which is so precious to me. There are some there are some moms and they're starting to be more moms and the professional speed it field and in professional sport  but I feel this real sense of pride in what I have been able to accomplish and what I have endured to get to where I am.
