It was a housey on era of weird sitcom situations, the kind of thing where the sitcom theme song had to explain the entire setup. What did he do for a living? Was he like the ad executive or something? It wasn't really clear to me, but at the time I also didn't understand things like rent. And then they said, you know, if he has a problem with being agitated about the letters we're writing, quote, let him only come here. That's not personal satisfaction.
