One of my greatest struggles is the feeling that the ADD person in my life is not reliable. So I talk sometimes about how to rebuild trust with ADHD. It's a different thing and I am actually answering the question here, even though I'm not using the word reliable. Because one of the elements of trust is what are somebody has your back slash does what they say they're going to do. That's the reliable part. And with ADHD, I think it is not fair to expect that a person with ADHD is always going to do what they say They're Going To Do"
