Gender issue is still very strong and very, very important. I'm also talking about ethnic diversity. That's still not where it should be. Now, it is better on global teams for sure. But again, what you often see on some of these bigger, larger leadership teams is that in essence, they are a team of teams. With, you know, that by its very nature, creating exclusion and inclusion dynamics. So I don't think it's as simple as gender and race. I think it goes beyond that in terms of inclusion as a member of a team."
