The Meaning of Rishi-Kesh-Cha

Madhusudina likes to explain the meanings of all these names. Why should Sri Krishna be referred to as Rishi-Kesh-ha? And why is Arjuna called Dhanan Jaya? He says that before the war, you dished it, performed what was called a dig-vijaya. Dig-Vijaya means you send your armies out in all four directions to either form alliances with the neighboring kingdom or to conquer them.
