The concept of artificial intelligence would be an oxymoron, he says. We can talk about whether the person deploys his or her raw brain power to attaining goals that are more consistent with a person's long-term and overall goals. When we say smart people can do stupid things, that's not a contradiction, it's not oxymoron,.
