How Do You Communicate With Your Team?

Once a week we get all the teams that are involved. We do a quick scrum of scrums, like a big old kind of stand up. And it's a great opportunity for people to say, oh, i have that same problem too. Or you built a tool that automates the sight speed stuff. That's great. I would so love to have and so this weekly meeting has been aGreat opportunity for us to share winds, share, you know, help that people need - then get teams to help with each other.
