How Philosophy Can Affect You Fundamentally

i think it sheds some light on hume's character, and indeed on the conservative strand in his character that he took that attitude. He himself thinks that you can do only so much philosophizing, but then in the end, if you take it too far, you'll just et up going nuts or something. Contrast that with parfet's attitude, mister parfett's attitude is that philosophy does have the power to change you fundamentally. And i think that illustrates the varios things that philosophy can do, in the various ways in which philosophy can affect us. Thank you ery much.
