How to Test for VEXAS
Many patients with VEXAS don't experience contritus as part of their symptoms. In those patients, the diagnosis may be more difficult in that you have to sort of think about somebody with systemic inflammatory disease or bone marrow abnormalities. So I just think that we just need to have a high suspicion because you don't want to miss a diagnosis.
