The Importance of Keeping Things Small

I don't even really think of creep as being such a bad thing because a lot of times the stuff that creeps up is all good and important stuff. It's just that you hadn't really thought of it ahead of time. I definitely think that the bigger of the project is the more likely scope creep is to be a really big problem. But if you can kind of keep things smaller, which has also been a recurring theme tonight, thenyou can kind of protect yourself from this.
