The judge has as a variety of options, to clean house and kick a bunch of executives out or dissolving the nera entirely. Even if it does dissolve the nera,  the nera has all sorts of sets, millions of dollars worth of real estate and other ass that need to be kind of portioned out to other gun organizations in the country.
