The Importance of Silence in Nature
Noise pollution has already affected the habitats of some endangered species. Shuttle buses carry people into and out of protected wildlife areas to cut down on traffic noises. In places like Yellowstone, National Park and Wyoming, they're already cutting down on those types of things. The best thing that we can do is help spread the word about how important natural sounds are to wildlife.
