The Creative Impulse
We extend love to chosen ones based on what their body is doing, how it looks. What they can do for our body. That is fascinating because that you're it's so right. We stop at the body and that is what prevents us from extending love to everyone. The other thing that makes me think is we should think of the creative impulse. We want to produce that thing that's enduring, that's valuable. I used to think about it in terms of things I drew. But what he's really saying is not leaving a legacy behind in terms of something of form. It's leaving a legacybehind in terms of your contribution to another mind,. which is more like having kids.
