Kirk: I was just thinking of the three self things, you know, like your self awareness, how you're being your kind of self control sometimes within it. And then I think self reflection, that's going to navigate you through developing,. you know, your sessions and how you are within sessions. Billy: The idea for me to continually work on on queuing and being like specific to focus not just on what they did wrong but what they could be thinking about before the next rep.
