We have over 60,000 thoughts a day and 95% of them are repetitive thoughts. 85% of those repetitive thoughts are negative. Our kind of negative self talk is basically just on a loop. We're not even really aware of it. What can people do to like build more positive self talk practices? Well, I think that the first step has to be this awareness. And then what we can do is use affirmations,. But because they're so easy, people don't often use them. It seems too simple, but it is actually these simple tools that are the most life-changing if we're consistent with them.
