Is There a Human Component With Climate Change?

We lost the mother of india civilization, the saratpoty river, to climate change. The great river dried out about three and a half or four thousand years before to day. Even if we stop tever greenhouse guasses are being omitted, you're gong to have climate change. And what's happened is not going to be reversed. So i believe, this is my personal opinion, we cannot prevent climate change. It's going to happen. We can globally work together only if there is a single world government.
