The Real Risk of Oatmeal?

The real risk of oatmeal is not eating it, EC says. People who consumed oatmeal overall had higher intakes of protein, fiber and a ton of vitamins and minerals. A meta analysis from 2016 found that oatmeal had lowering effects on LDL cholesterol and other cholesterol components. But we shouldn't be worried about the insulin response so long as our overall dose is correct.
