What's the Alberta Perspective on the Gun Control Act?

There is some context in history to why Alberta specifically and then you know other provinces as well but specifically try about Alberta today. Is it that Ottawa the classic Canadian story where you have a province worried about Ottawa encroaching too much? And what's that Alberta perspective at this point beyond of course them wanting to govern their own jurisdiction the way they see fit.
