I try actually not to think about it too much you know in college particularly in business and Berkeley is a huge school so there's a lot of competition. You're always thinking about what do I want to do next but then the next day you're looking at a totally different type of company or team. It's really hard to get feel like you're in a grind but I also know that there's great other opportunities out there that come from this level of exposure and training I'm getting. There are lots of people starting in these jobs any way that you can differentiate yourself positively is a great thing and sometimes that's gender and you can kind of use it to your advantage.
