There's a tendency, if we are making space in a meeting or a conversation, to talk about, how are you what's going on. Andii wasas thinking about this, frederick and that, i was a del carnegie instructor for many years. We really have to teach teachers that they're not supposed to be the ones that have all the answers. Actually, if they show students that they don't have all the Answers, students will love that. So even though we have a culture where bosses are supposed to know everything, let's just get rid of that assumption and just show up more real.
