Training Indoors Is Better Than Training Outdoors

Training indoors is going to have you constantly having pressure on the pedals, otherwise nothing happens. Outdoors, you can still be motoring along on a forty, 50 k ride and actually only apply pressure over 20 or 30 k of that 50 kilometer ride. I am absolutely going to ride outside ahead of riding indoor. But the benefits of of learning how to be skilful on the biks is not going to be achieved indoor. You need to be outside, turning corners, riding down hills, getting the lines right,. m learning where to sit in the seat going uphill. Ah, so that would be my key anser.
