How do you determine what markers you're going to be looking for on floe when you get a biopse sample? Is that sort of informed by the differential sis, or is there more of a standard panel that you run? Right? So different centres will do it differently, sort of were e trained hod a different sort of protocol versus how we do it here. But the way that we do it at vandervilt is that we actually do a screening tube on every plosytometry that comes in That gives us an idea about bee cells and blasts.
