i can't even grab the cambera on the camber bar without a jacket in my shoulder all up. The standing push press that we just came out with not too long ago, i like that cause it's just like a sated chest press but you're standing um. Then i can out of a dombell press, lang on to batch ed ed and focus more when there's no gravity so i can focus more. I hope people understand what i'm saying here, that they're not doing the same thing as me.
