I imagine there must have been misapplications, misunderstandings of your work. My impression is that whenever an academic idea really becomes successful influential it must be scary for the author. How do you defend yourself against these principles if they're used in undo or unwelcome ways? At the end of every chapter of each principle there's a section that says, how do you say no to this?
