Monkeys have mental powers that are high for an animal, but low compared to humans. And they also have a playful disposition, but can be volatile. They are like children who never grew up. God can enjoy his own creation whether any one else sees it or not. But it is possible that there are other intelligent creatures, whether theyare angels or aliens or interdimensionals and/or fairies.
