i'm not entirely convinced of the i g f paradime any more. I think a lot of people assume ketogenic diets are high protein diets. You're not on a key to genic diet if you're eating a lot of protein, because you won't make the key tones. That said, i wouldn't be surprised if there were polymorphiss that allow people more or less. It pepar alpa or pepar gamar where you see the difference is in a person's ability to generate ketones.
