We use a simple but proven philosophy around asset selection, borrowing power, cash flow management and defense. It takes us literally a couple of weeks to design a plan for a client in terms of what their current situation is how their cash flow changes over time so we mold all that together to get a tailored solution for each client. We normally then focusing on growth assets if you've got really strong surplus or if we don't have strong surplus we then go down to what called a balanced asset. If we need to try and chase some cash cows to get people into the market we will design something that has a higher yielding but try and get the best growth behind it as well.
