The Importance of Moving to America
After a heart attack, Kristi and her husband decided to move from Peru to America. They bought a small gluten free cafe in the West Coast city of Roosevelt which was for sale at the time. The couple were forced to sell everything they owned including their five children who had been homeschooled because there is no public school in Peruvian schools. After two years living with husband 24/7 it became "like our own quarantine," says Kristi.
