The head in recovery is it's playing God. So the head talks to us as us and informs us how life's going to be today or tomorrow. You wait sometimes hours, sometimes years for the head to tell you what's going on. It's a summation of information with a bias - usually an unperceived bias. The message is to become having it become perceived.
