How Do You Document a Rash?

In the U.S., we may be asking really direct questions, but patients responses are informed by sort of culturally dictated norms and a lot can get lost in translation when we are not thinking that way. We need to be very direct, ask clarifying questions and we need to document it. You don't need to over medicalize things because really the objective information is what we want when we're reading the document. Giving patients space, that that's sort of the scenario and giving time. And then the other thing is being okay with getting maybe less information, getting collateral information.
