What a Germanal Center Really Looks Like
The percentage of Germanal center B cells was dramatically higher when that immunogen was delivered over 12 days. They mentioned at one point that the B cells were 49 fold above baseline still at 29 weeks. And so they were seeing these incredibly long lasting Germanal centers, which is a period of time that I never would have expected for a Germanal center and made me realize I needed to go back and learn.
