I used to be very critical of coaches with their conditioning programs because I look at a program and think that guy's never done that and I know he's never done yeahYou never run 300 yard shuttles like three of them with like three to four minutes rest in between especially with like the six fifties and then one time we did uh five sixties The 25 yard course is twice as hard as the 50 yard courseYeah, there's twice as much acceleration and desoloration as there are incorporated in that.
