How to Get a Client Who Fits Your Business Segment

The firm doesn't set out some big MOU to the entire firm across all the advisors. It's just been a common understanding that, look, if we can serve the client in the best way and it makes sense to work with this segment because of some background or some career path they're in, that's what we're going to do. And I know that may sound really cliche, but the advisor heading over to me, he looked at me, he just said, this makes total sense. I want this to happen for the benefit of the client.
