That's a reliable indicator that you are restricting your salaries. And part of toughness its training to turn that alarm down, right, to understand, oh, this is just a little bit of hunger. I don't need to flip out and react to it. i can just sit with it for a while, and, you know, i'll address it when it's actually time.
