It's really just started cropping up over the past three or four years that more firms are going deeper and deeper in a financial planning, he says. EtzionI: So what we tell firms is like you should have a service calendar paired with each service offering. And so it helps them spread out the different items that are going off throughout the year. But another reason why I like to do it this way is because sometimes firms are over communicating to their clients through all the automated things that are going out.
