How to Approach New Project Process Solving Problems

When I start the project I pretty much think of a high level outline for the process that I for the process I want to apply to that particular problem. And in the early days of my career I actually wasn't able to customize anything because I had no experience so I just applied something that I read on the Internet or I knew that it's probably the right thing to do and went to all the stages. In time you realize that some stages may not make sense or that you can add other stages that are relevant in that context which is another important point. Yes there are definitely stages that you can't kind of take your way and throw away but there are other stages you might sometimes keep.
