The Challenges of Working in Israel
I loved the fact that in Israel, they are not just straightforward, but there's a clear separation between giving you honest feedback on your work and taking it personally. And I really like that because one of the things I don't like about working in America is everyone is dancing around the main issue all the time. Sometimes you just need someone to say, hey, you know, your design, it's awful. It doesn't make any sense. You should never do this. Because you can react to that.
